Feast of the Presentation of the Lord

Learn some sweet Catholic traditions to incorporate into your own domestic church: your home where your children LIVE OUT their faith through your example. This video focuses on Candlemas, or The Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, which traditionally falls on February 2nd. The family in the video uses candlelight during the day, makes a family breakfast of Crepes, and blesses their household candles. You can also attend morning Mass on this day.

One fact about the Feast of the Presentation of the lord is that it celebrates Jesus after his birth and is one of the most ancient ceremonies.
