Easter Season Lessons for All Levels: Jesus Is Alive!
Read about Jesus' resurrection and appearance to his disciples in the Gospel of Luke.
This is an excellent reflection for Levels 6 and up.

Questions for family discussion: We might imagine that Jesus may have looked physically different when he appeared on the road to Emmaus. Why do you think the disciples did not recognize Jesus at first? Why were they discouraged? What did Jesus do that enabled the disciples to recognize Him? Do you recognize the presence of Jesus in the Eucharist? What can you do to show you recognize Him?
