2020-2021 Online Faith Formation Registration
Online registration has opened for religious education classes at Our Lady of the Snow for the 2020-2021 school year. Registrants can pay through PayPal and submit the online registration form, or submit the registration form online and mail a check to:
Faith Formation Office, Our Lady of the Snow, 175 Blue Point Ave, Blue Point, NY 11715. If you mail in a check, please specify the names of the student(s) you registered.
